Just Right Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. white sugar
    3/4 tsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    4 c. milk, scalded
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites.
    Mix egg yolks, sugar, salt and flour together.
    Heat milk; fold in egg whites and vanilla.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 until nicely browned and set. Makes two 9-inch pies.
