Easy Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 egg
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    2 c. very warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Put yeast in water.
    Melt margarine and cream with sugar.
    Add beaten egg.
    Pour in with yeast.
    Add flour and stir until well mixed.
    Put dough in bowl that can be tightly closed.
    Store in refrigerator to cook; drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin tins and bake at 350\u00b0.
    Dough keeps several days in refrigerator in a tightly closed bowl.
    Rolls can be baked as soon as dough is mixed.
