Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs, separated (save whites for meringue)
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine milk, egg yolks, sugar and flour.
    Cook until thick. Add coconut and vanilla.
    Put in baked pie shell.
    Beat egg whites until thick.
    Spread over pie.
    Sprinkle with coconut, put in oven long enough to brown.
