Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    3 tsp. margarine
    1 small chopped onion
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. hot milk
    2 eggs
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Soak bread crumbs in hot milk.
    Cook onions with squash.
    Mix other ingredients, except crackers and butter.
    Crush crackers. Put on top with melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 8 people.
