Herbed Lamb Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground lamb
1/4 lb. ground pork
1 chicken bouillon cube
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. quick cooking oats
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried basil leaf
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary leaf
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Prepare 9 x 5 x 3 loan pan; set aside. Beat eggs lightly with a fork in a mixing bowl.
Add meat and blend together lightly with a fork.
Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water and add along with all remaining ingredients.
Blend lightly with a fork.
Put into loaf pan.
Bake 1 1/2 hours.
