Barbecue Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. dry sherry
    2/3 c. honey
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    4 dashes hot sauce
    1 can tomato sauce
    5 to 6 lb. pork roast
    barbecue sauce (homemade or store bought)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; simmer 15 minutes.
    Cook roast in crock-pot on low 8 hours or cook in oven at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours (wrap well in foil if baked in oven).
    Let cool, shred meat removing fat and bone.
    Place shredded pork in baking pan, pouring all sauce in mixture; mix well.
    Heat for 30 minutes at 300\u00b0.
