Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 deep-dish pie crusts
    5 eggs
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick butter or margarine
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix melted butter, sugar and flour. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well.
    Add buttermilk and vanilla.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes; decrease oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes or until center is set, rises and cracks open.
    Makes 2 pies.
