Rosy Strawberry Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) package of strawberry jello
    2 cups boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) packages frozen sliced strawberries
    1 can (13 1/2 oz.) or 1 2/3 cups crushed pineapple (well drained)
    2 large bananas, peeled and finely diced
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add berries, stirring occasionally until berries thaw.
    Stir in pineapple, bananas, and lemon juice.
    Pour into 6 1/2 cup mold.
    Chill until firm (about 5 to 6 hours).
    Makes 8 servings.
