Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. zucchini, grated
    4 c. diced onion
    5 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 small jar red pimientos
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix zucchini, onion and salt; let stand overnight.
    In morning, rinse in cold water and drain well.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook 20 minutes at boiling point, stirring often. Put in jars and seal.
