Spinach Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
6 Tbsp. flour
1 pkg. spinach, chopped, thawed and drained
2 c. cottage cheese
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Beat the eggs and flour until smooth.
Mix the other ingredients.
Bake uncovered in a casserole dish 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
