Marinated Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    2 green onions, chopped
    2/3 c. lite brown sugar
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in one bowl.
    Cut 3 to 4 pound beef roast into 1/4 to 1/2-inch slices or use thin sliced steaks.
    Pour marinade over meat and work in with hands.
    Marinate as long as desired (from 1 hour to overnight).
    Cook.
    Grilling is best method.
