Roberta'S Company Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 lb. pork sausage
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/3 c. canned milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. canned milk
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine the first six ingredients and shape into balls.
    Brown and cook, covered, for 10 minutes.
    Place in a 2 1/2-quart casserole (about 2 inches deep).
    Combine soups, milk and water. Heat until steaming.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Top with biscuits.
