7-Layer Tofu Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 block tofu, cut in squares
    1/2 pkg. bean sprouts
    1/2 bunch watercress, cut into 1 1/2-inch size
    1/2 purple onion or Maui onion, sliced thinly
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    taegu (Korean codfish), cut into bite sized pieces
    takuan (Japanese pickled turnips), cut into thin strips
Preparation
    Layer ingredients in the order given.
