Japanese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix sugar, margarine and eggs together.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 55 minutes.
    Cool until jelled.
