Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut up
    1 (12 or 16 oz.) bag rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    butter
Preparation
    Place cut up chicken in a large boiler.
    Cover with water. Bring to a boil.
    Let boil over medium heat until done, about 45 minutes.
    Take chicken out of broth; let chicken cool.
    Cook rice in chicken broth.
    Will probably not need all the broth.
    Should pour out excess before cooking rice.
    When chicken has cooled, remove skin from chicken.
    Debone chicken.
    Cut chicken into small pieces.
    Place in a separate pot with cream of mushroom soup and 3/4 can of water.
    Bring to a boil and let simmer a few minutes. Serve rice with butter and put a serving of chicken on top.
    It is delicious!
