Fillets In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fillets
    dash of salt and pepper
    2 sliced tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. white wine
    1/2 tsp. basil
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Sprinkle both sides of fish fillets with salt and pepper. Place fillets in single layer in baking dish.
    Arrange tomatoes over top of fillets.
    Blend flour into butter and add milk; stir in white wine, add parsley and basil.
    Cook until smooth and thick.
    Pour sauce over the tomatoes and fish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 25 to 30 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
