Pasta Picnic Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. fresh or frozen cheese tortellini
    olive oil
    1 (6 1/4 oz.) can solid white tuna, drained and flaked
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    2 1/4 tsp. Italian seasonings, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
    2 c. halved cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain and toss in a large bowl with 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil (makes about 3 cups).
    Cool, then add tuna, peas and cheese; set aside.
