Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. light brown sifted sugar
2 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Beat egg white until it stands in soft peaks.
Gradually add sifted sugar and vanilla.
Beat until mixed well.
Next, fold in pecans, making sure each one is covered well.
Place each Pecan Kiss on a greased cookie sheet, about 1-inch apart.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cut oven off, leave in oven until cool.
