German Pancakes(Breakfast Meal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/2 c. flour
    2/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    powdered sugar
    lemon, cut in wedges
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 2 pie plates.
    Put eggs, granulated sugar, salt, flour, milk and butter in blender and mix until smooth.
    Pour even amount in each pie plate.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Turn oven down to 350\u00b0 and bake another 10 minutes.
    Cut in wedges.
    Squeeze lemon juice on pancake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
