Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) frozen, chopped spinach
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
    6 tsp. flour
    3 eggs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Thaw spinach.
    Beat eggs and add flour, a teaspoon at a time. Add spinach, cheese and cottage cheese, mixing well.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Grease shallow baking dish well with butter. Add mixture, bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or less.
