Corn Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (No. 2) cans creamed corn
    2 c. milk
    2 well-beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Heat corn and milk.
    Gradually stir into eggs.
    Add 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs and onion.
    Pour into greased 2-quart casserole pan.
    Pour melted butter over 1 cup crumbs.
    Sprinkle over corn. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
