Peach Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fresh or frozen sliced peaches
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. bran flakes, lightly crushed
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Arrange peach slices in an 8-inch square baking dish.
Mix flour, brown sugar and cinnamon in large bowl. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in cereal.
Sprinkle over peaches.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Serve warm.
Makes 8 servings.
