Frankie'S Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. carrots
    1 small purple onion
    1 c. white wine vinegar
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 garlic cloves
    1 1/2 tsp. Lawry's salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except carrots and onion.
    Pour mixture over carrots and onion and seal in airtight container. Refrigerate overnight.
