Oriental Grilled Chicken(Lo-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. honey
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. soy sauce (low sodium)
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
    2 tsp. freshly grated ginger or 1 tsp. powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    12 chicken pieces (3 to 4 lb.)
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine all of the marinade ingredients and mix well.
    Add the chicken and coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning occasionally. Grill chicken 6-inches away from the hot coals, 30 to 45 minutes. Brush pieces with marinade until the chicken is done and tender, but not dry.
