Beef Stew(Slow Cooker) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef cubes, cut into small pieces
    4 small cans beef broth
    2 envelopes Knorr classic brown gravy
    as little or as much carrots as desired
    as little or as much potatoes as desired
    as little or as much celery as desired
    2 medium onions, cut
    flour
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Put beef cubes in a bowl with flour, a little black pepper and garlic salt.
    Coat beef cubes.
    Brown beef cubes in hot oil on top of stove.
    When brown, put beef cubes in slow cooker.
    Mix in remaining ingredients; cook on medium-high for 7 hours or on high for 5 hours or until vegetables are tender.
    Enjoy with hot French bread.
