Pineapple Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda (baking)
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and shortening; add other ingredients to form a soft dough.
    Press 3/4 of the dough in a cookie sheet going up the sides with the dough.
    Spread on any kind of canned pie filling.
    I like pineapple.
    Make strips with the remaining dough and press across top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
