Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

2 2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin (No. 2 can)
3 1/3 c. sifted plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2/3 c. water
2/3 c. chopped nuts (optional)
2/3 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs, pumpkin and water. Separately mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves. Then add to the other mixture. Add nuts and raisins, if desired. Divide batter into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Do not grease pans.
