Creole seasoning
Cooking spray (such as Pam)
Preparation

Spray shallow baking pan with cooking spray.
Dredge potato wedges in Creole seasoning.
Place potato wedges in single layer on the baking pan.
Spray with cooking spray.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
