Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. sifted flour (self-rising)
    1 c. bananas, crushed
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    tiny pinch of salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add bananas and mix well.
    Fold in flour a little at a time.
    Fold in nuts.
    Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about an hour.
