Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix together cheese, salt, red pepper, garlic powder and pecans.
    Form into 2 balls.
    Then pour some chili powder and paprika on wax paper and roll the cheese in this to cover it. Wrap in paper and refrigerate about an hour.
