Molded Beet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 (16 oz.) can beets
1 c. applesauce

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin with hot juice from can of beets (1 cup). Add 1 cup of applesauce and diced or chopped beets (1 to 1 1/4 cups).
Chill.
