Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 fist-size potatoes
1/2 c. cottage cheese
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Bake potatoes and let cool.
Scoop out the inside of potato, leaving shell.
Mix potato, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, Cheddar cheese and spices together and fill potato shells with mixture.
Top with a tomato slice and sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
