Pork Chop Ole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 loin pork chops
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    salt, pepper and garlic
    3/4 c. uncooked white rice
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 envelope taco season
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown chops in oil.
    Meanwhile, season them.
    Combine rice, water, tomato sauce and taco season.
    Mix well.
    Arrange chops over rice mixture in casserole dish.
    Add onion; cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Uncover and put cheese on top.
    Melt the cheese, then serve.
