Broccoli Corn Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy muffin mix
4 eggs
4 oz. sour cream
1 stick margarine
1 medium onion
1 (10 oz.) box frozen broccoli
Preparation

Saute onion and broccoli in margarine.
Mix muffin mix with other ingredients.
Fold in sauteed mixture.
Bake in greased muffin tin or 7 x 11-inch baking dish for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
