Apricot Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oleo
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    apricot preserves
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Shape in ball and chill.
    Roll dough very thin.
    Cut out with biscuit cutter.
    Put 1 teaspoon apricot preserves in center of each.
    Fold over and crinkle edges with fork.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
    Do not let brown. Remove immediately from cookie sheet and sprinkle with confectioners sugar while still hot.
