Chicken And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. pkg. egg noodles, uncooked
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1/4 c. flour
1 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. salt
10 3/4 oz. can condensed chicken broth
4 c. cooked cubed chicken
4 oz. can mushrooms, undrained
1/2 to 1 c. buttered bread cubes
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Cook noodles as directed; drain.
In medium saucepan, melt margarine; blend in flour.
Stir in cream, salt and broth.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Combine chicken, mushrooms and noodles in casserole.
Pour mixture over casserole.
Sprinkle with bread cubes and Parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour or until center is bubbly and top is browned (lightly).
