Easy Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread
    1 pound turkey or breakfast sausage, crumbled
    2 cups milk
    1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Trim bread crust to fit bread in bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan.
    Brown sausage in pan and drain.
    Stir in mustard.
    Spoon mixture over bread and sprinkle on the shredded cheese.
    Combine rest of ingredients and pour over the bread and sausage.
    This can be made ahead and refrigerated.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until puffed and stiff.
    Makes 8 servings.
