Mexican Wedding Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour, pecans and vanilla.
Roll dough in 1-inch balls.
Place on greased baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 34 minutes.
Roll in additional sugar while warm.
When cool, roll again in sugar.
Yields 25 to 40 cookies.
