Pork Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

broth from parboiled pork ribs (about 3 qt.)
1 tsp. salt
6 stalks celery
3 carrots, diced
noodles
Preparation

Take the broth from ribs you parboil for barbecuing or take 21 pounds of neck bones and boil saving broth.
Remove ribs or neck bones.
Add the other ingredients and cook until tender.
Barley may be added instead of noodles.
Pork flavored Ramen noodles may be added for added flavor.
