Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. onion
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1 beaten egg
    1 tube biscuits
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and green pepper.
    Add salt and tomato sauce and chili powder.
    Mix sour cream and half of Cheddar cheese with beaten egg, then add ground beef mixture.
    Put biscuits on top of hamburger mixture in casserole dish and sprinkle with rest of Cheddar cheese.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
