Hot Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 c. hot water
    3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of salt
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat chocolate and water over low heat, stirring until chocolate melts.
    Add sugar and salt.
    Cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Stir in milk gradually; heat slowly just to boiling. Beat with rotary beater.
    Serve.
