Cucumbers Dill - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped fresh dill
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and white pepper to taste
2 to 3 crisp, fresh cucumbers
Preparation

Mix mayonnaise, dill, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Chill well.
Wash and rinse cucumbers. Cut into 1/8-inch thick slices and chill in ice water for about 1 hour.
Drain.
Serve with dill sauce.
Yields about 2 cups sauce.
