Fudge Sauce For Ice Cream(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sq. unsweetened baking chocolate
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. dark corn syrup
    1 c. sugar
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1/4 c. half and half cream
Preparation
    Place baking chocolate in a 4-cup glass measuring cup. Microwave at 100% power for 1 minute.
    Add water, butter, corn syrup and sugar.
    Cover and microwave at 100% for 2 minutes. Uncover and whisk ingredients together.
    Cover and microwave another 2 minutes at 100% power.
    Add semi-sweet chocolate pieces and whisk well.
    Add cream and whisk again.
