Supper Pot Potluck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey or beef
    3 c. (15 oz.) uncooked potatoes, sliced
    1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 c. carrots, sliced
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. frozen peas
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 3/4 c. (15 oz.) chunky tomato sauce
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown meat.
    Place potatoes, celery, carrots and onion in crock-pot. Sprinkle peas over top. Spoon browned meat over vegetables.
