Ingredients

1 pkg. white cake mix
1 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. coconut
Preparation

Bake cake as directed. Make holes in cake with a fork. Mix milk, sugar and 1/2 cup coconut together in saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Pour over cake and let cool. Mix 1/2 cup coconut with Cool Whip and spread over cake. Sprinkle with remaining coconut. Chill overnight.
