Florentine Salad Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. hot water (boiling)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. large curd cottage cheese
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling hot water.
Cool.
Just before gelatin sets, mix in everything listed. Pour into 2-inch deep pan or a mold and chill until set.
This is a tasty salad.
