Cowboy Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    12 oz. Cheddar cheese
    lettuce
    tomato
    sour cream
    taco sauce
    toasted bread
Preparation
    Brown hamburger; drain.
    Add pork and beans, margarine, sugar, mustard, ketchup, salt and pepper to hamburger.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Pour over toasted bread.
    Top with shredded Cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
    Optional:
    Top with sour cream and taco sauce.
