Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    flour to coat chicken
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 c. hot water
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. tomato catsup
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    Brown flour-coated chicken in fat in a skillet.
    Place browned chicken in a casserole or baking dish.
    Brown the onion lightly in the fat in the skillet.
    Add rest of ingredients to the onion in the skillet and simmer 30 minutes.
    Pour sauce over browned chicken in casserole.
    Cover with foil and bake at 320\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
