2 large egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. cocoa (if you want chocolate)
1 c. chocolate chips (if you don't want fat-free)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
Line 2 baking sheets with baking parchment or
aluminum foil.
In a large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff
peaks.
Beat
in
sugar,
1 tablespoon at a time, then
vanilla.
Reduce
the
speed\tto
low.
Beat in powdered cocoa.
With a rubber spatula, fold in chocolate chips.
