Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box macaroni
    5 hard-boiled eggs
    4 stems celery
    1 grated carrot
    1 chopped onion
    1 tsp. parsley
    3 Tbsp. mustard
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    small can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. Miracle Whip
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain well.
    Add the whites from boiled eggs, celery, carrot, onion and parsley.
    Put in blender yolks from eggs, mustard, sugar, milk, vinegar and Miracle Whip.
    Blend until smooth.
    Add to salad.
